• All Rooms are double occupancy.

• Including December 23rd & 24th Concert Ticket per person.

• Room Rate $399 + Tax + Resort fee + Service Charge + 2 Concert Ticket per person.

• Total Price is $499 Per Person, based on double occupancy TOTAL charge is $998 per Room.

Important Notice:

​

• Your arrival is on Dec 22, 2017 before 23:00 and if you show up after 11:00 PM your reservation is canceled and total amount is not refundable. Please Inform us if you arrive in different days.

• You Shall Collect your Actual Concerts Tickets From Evenza Entertainment Customer Service Desk in MGM hotel at latest by Dec 23, 2017 before 01:00 PM and if you show up after 01:00 PM your reservation is canceled and total amount is not refundable. Please Inform us if you arrive in different days/times.​

• Prior To Collecting your ticket, you need to display your credit card and an original photo ID.​

• Customer / Cardholder acknowledges that there is NO EXCHANGE/ REFUND policy.​

• Evenza shall not be responsible for any transportation delay/cancellation.​

• Evenza shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen/damaged personal property of clients in concerts.​

• Evenza are not responsible for the agreed upon terms in case of natural disasters or union – employees strike or entertainer's inability to perform.

• There will be No Disputes allowed on the credit cards charges.​

• Evenza shall not be responsible for any late check-in or check-out room services, hotel services nor any property damages that might take place at above hotel. Any lost payment by mail is customer's responsibility.

• Evenza shall not be responsible for your late check-in to the venue and total amount is not refundable.​

• Evenza is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

Cancellation Policy:

• There are no returns or cancelations after November 30th, 2017 as all sales are final from December 1st, 2017.​

• All Returned tickets are subjected to 5% cancelation fee till November 30th, 2017.
